LLL outreach ministry Lutheran Tract Mission (LTM) has produced another beautifully crafted Lenten Devotional Booklet that is proving to be a popular resource for congregations and pastors, also drawing kind words of praise from LCAQD Bishop Mark Vainikka.
LTM Tract Development Officer Anne Hansen has created devotionals for Lent and Advent since 2018, with these resources available to download for free as part of LLL's ongoing support of the Lutheran Church, its congregations, and wider community.
"For many years, the Lenten and Advent devotionals produced by the Lutheran Tract Mission have been a rich blessing to the Church," Bishop Vainikka said.
"These devotionals provide accessible, Christ-centred reflections that guide individuals and congregations through the seasons of Lent and Advent, deepening their faith and discipleship.
"Anne's faithful service in preparing these resources — alongside her work in compiling the three-year lectionary — ensures that pastors, worship leaders, and congregations have well-structured, biblically grounded tools to support their worship and spiritual growth.
"We give thanks to LLL for funding this vital work, enabling it to be offered freely to the whole Church.
"Often, these resources go unnoticed in their origins, yet they play a significant role in our shared life of faith.
"The Church is richer for this ongoing gift of service, and we express our deep gratitude for the generosity that makes it possible."

The three-year lectionary is a detailed, day-by-day, framework of Bible readings that is a valuable resource for pastors, and the wider Church, across the country.
Each devotional has a different theme and includes inspiring prayers, bible verses and reflections that guide readers through each season.
This year's Lenten devotional booklet is entitled 'Miraculous Jesus' and focuses on the miracles of Jesus during His ministry and the prophecies that told about the miracles Jesus would perform.
It is available from the LTM website for any church, school or organisation to download and print or download to a device to be read during the season of Lent.
LTM is an outreach ministry of LLL's, with a mission to share God's love, grace and forgiveness with all people through a range of Christian Tracts including leaflets, text cards, bookmarks and postcards.
