PayToPay your way with PayTo

Associates^ operating an Instant Access Facility^ can utilise the secure digital payment option PayTo®, which gives you a fast and easy way to manage your purchases, bills, subscriptions and memberships.

PayTo offers an alternative to direct debit, providing you with more visibility and control over one-off and recurring payments. Agreements are managed directly within LLL Online, where you can view, authorise and cancel agreements yourself.

You can also use PayTo to make payments without a card, like in-app purchases or for online shopping.

How PayTo works

A business or biller will set up a PayTo payment agreement using your PayID® or your BSB and facility number for you to authorise and manage payments for goods and services. PayTo payment agreements can be one-off, occasional or regular payments.

  1. When paying for your purchases, bills, subscriptions or memberships, provide the biller or business with your PayID or BSB and facility number
  2. They will send you a new PayTo agreement via LLL Online for you to authorise or decline once you've logged in. We suggest you review this agreement carefully so that you know the amount and frequency you are agreeing to.
  3. Once it's set up, you can view, manage, pause or cancel the agreement at any time in LLL Online.

 Why use PayTo?

PayTo is a faster, easier and safer way to make payments. It is a digital alternative to direct debit payments. Designed as part of the New Payments Platform (NPP), PayTo means you have more visibility and control over recurring payments compared to direct debit.

It offers you more visibility over your one-off or recurring agreements, control to manage those agreements, keeps your data private, and allows you to make payments in real-time, rather than waiting the usual 2-3 business days for traditional payments to occur.
